Hi, Carson,

Yes, bicyclists are actually supposed to use the same traffic signals as
car drivers, by law. And that's everywhere, not just where these signs are.
The signs are just meant as a reminder, in places where there is a good
reason for bicyclists to be using the full lane, instead of sticking close
to the edge. But regardless of their lane position, cyclists are legally
obligated to obey signals.

for the new signs along Main Street at Rock Row clarifying the
permissibility of bicyclists to control the narrow travel lanes between
Larrabee and Riverside. All former “Share the Road” signs now state instead
that bicyclists "May Use Full Lane", plus an additional sign westbound at
Dunkin’ Donuts.
