Thank you so much for your continued support and help with outreach for the
Westbrook forum coming up on May 4.
We have another role for some of the members of the group that we hope some of
you will be interested in.
We will need 4 note-takers to take notes during the break-out session portion
of the forum, where residents will be marking maps and giving the note-taker
feedback that will be written on an easel pad. This info will then be
consolidated to reflect locations of greatest concern for the residents, and
used in a real-time voting exercise at the end of the forum. I have attached a
note-taker guide that we have put together.
We need 4 note-takers. If you are interested, please reply to me ASAP!
We will meet around 5:30pm (before the forum) on May 4th at the Middle School
to do a brief note-taker orientation for those that sign up to do it.
