realized a few days ago I hadn't actually sent them out. See

*at the end. Time sensitive things are Westbrook Together Days *next Friday
night and Saturday*, and the BCM grant application due *June 15*. I'm
attaching a copy of the grant application FYI.
On a related note, I see that we have a new person signed up to our mailing

introduce themselves. :-)

Pedestrian Forum Reflection - what was good, what else/more would we do
next time?
Awesome. Fantistic. Very well organized. Please by attendance. People more
conscious of these issues in way Ann has never seen before. Carson Wood's
speech was appreciated. LeeLee felt that the exercise was difficult. Ann
wants to know where the money's coming from. Child care issue could have
been resolved sooner had we know we didn't really need an adult. Food was
good, everyone's good with their spending on it.

Westbrook Together Days - Opportunity to represent and recruit.
Non-profit cost is $100. Can we staff it, and how cover the cost? Sponsor?
Ann is busy, John is busy, Cathy is busy. Abigail? Reach out to mailing
list. Reach out to Facebook.
Table? Can we put stuff with someone else's? WDC not sure they will have
one. Chamber of Commerce? Ann will speak to Phil Spiller about that.
Probably can do. May just have literature out, if not enough people to
staff full-time.
Brochure design: People should suggest things to LeeLee, she and Agy will
work on design. Suggestion: "Educate and advocate." Should we have a
contact email address? John's can be used.
March in parade? No fee. Signup is technically over but could still do.
Abigial will contact Dick Durbin, with LeeLee as contact on app form.

BikeMaine 2017 Community Grant opportunity - Brief review, form
subcommittee to work on? Deadline for initial interest letter is June 15!
Abigail leans towards first and last bullets under What we Fund. Ann likes
BMX facilities from trails.
LeeLee: Charging stations for electric wheelchairs. Probably not part of
this, but Ann says there are other places.
Abigail suggests figuring out what we want within a week. She is fine with
writing the letter.

Logo. LeeLee and Agy have been making some tweaks to the logo which
Abigail created for us last month to use on our posters. They will bring
their ideas for us to look at.

Katherine is pleased to see crossing guard at ped bridge by the house
school. This was a big issue at the prior week's City Council Forum.

Parking spots just before crosswalk. Shouldn't be within 20 feet. What
to do? Yellow curb? Ignored. Bump-outs. Much excitement about bump-outs.
