I'm not a professor, I'm a PhD, I don't think exclusivity would be a better option. I think maybe have a weekly theme/problematic set out by a chair (the chair could change every week) then the debate follows the one thread. As it stands, I received a number of emails about different aspects of Wittgensteinian philosophy, but I don't have the time to read them, and, because there are so many, I'm not sure which of them are worth my while.
