Mind if I jump in?
I think that since we're no longer a webring nor a web-based group strictly
speaking, we can start accepting people without webpages. After all, we are
now only accepting those who have been vouched for by current members, so we
don't need the webpage to see what kind of people they are, instead we have
personal recommendations. Maybe a trial period can be instituted? Sort of,
behave yourself and be active during your first couple of weeks and you're
in.
