Now, I personally strongly disagree with that point. Yes, we will be
bringing in new members on our word, but honestly, older members cannot be
expected to either be responsible for somebody else's actions nor to be a
100% certain of the reliability of the one they vouch for. I'm sure many
people of this list have been let down and completely surprised by people
they have known and been friends with for years and years. It would be
unfair to boot them out should that be the case.

majority vote of the group, you may also wish to add an additional notation
to that..... that being if, and I strongly emphasize the word if, the
newcomer misbehaves in any way, shape or form which would or could sully the
name of WOSM, then the older member suffer the same fate as the
newcomer....whatever the punishment might be...they brought them in and they
vouched for them, so they should also be warned that if their inductee
misbehaves, then they too will follow the same fate as the one they
sponsored.
