[wisb] bird predictions

Last evening there were predictions that, based on radar images, birds were
suppose to arrive en mass today.. Well, where were they? They weren't in N IL
and as best I can decipher from the Wisbirdn posts they weren't in WI either.
Could one of you radarologists explain what happened?
