Hello,
I'm excited to be leading a WSO nocturnal field trip to Navarino State Wildlife
Area on Friday night with Erin Giese, Stuart Malcolm, and Mike Reese. We will
meet at 6:30pm at the Navarino Nature Center and look for marshbirds before
dusk and then enjoy woodcock and snipe displays at dusk, and then search for
owls after dark. We'll be focusing on how to collect nocturnal data for
Wisconsin Breeding Bird Atlas II. It should be a great time and the weather is
looking good! As with all WSO field trips, it is totally free.
