[wisb] Snowy Owl present Express parking lot, Milwaukee Lakefront today

Greetings,
When I arrived at South Shore Marina on Milwaukee's Lakefront about noon
today, the Snowy Owl that was reported shortly before that time, could not
be found. A birder said it was just there but did not see where it went to.
I made a trip over to the Express parking area approximately 1 mile north
of SS Marina. A Snowy Owl was sitting on the ground east of the gated area
on the north end of the Express parking lot. This Snowy was not close to
the gate, almost to the waters edge. It never moved from that spot while I
was there for over 1 hour. It was a life bird for a number of people
viewing it today.
