[wisb] Snowy Owl at Collins

While driving through this snowy weather this morning, I found an adult Snowy
Owl perched in a dead tree on the north side of County RR at Collins Marsh,
Manitowoc County. With the dark background, this all white bird was very easy
to notice. I would guess, once this snow has accumulated, it might blend
better with its surroundings. Because of the mild weather, parts of the pond
at Collins are open, through were no birds were taking advantage of the
situation.
