[wisb] Smith's Longspur in Columbia Co

Kay Kavanagh just called me and said she saw a Smiths Longspur on the east side
of Harvey Rd just south of CTH DM May 14 about 4:30 PM.
Goose Pond was a good shorebird spot with Stilt Sandpiper and Red-necked
Phalarope and other more common species.
