[wisb] Signing Your Posts

It's getting to be migration time once again and the number of posts to the
list will steadily increase so it's even more imperative that you sign your
posts.
EVERYONE is required to sign their posts according to list rules. This includes
reports sent to the list via your computer, your cell phone, forwarding from
third party sources (like eBird) or just using a tin can and a string.
If you are unable to figure out how to incorporate a signature blog according
to list rules, please do NOT post.
