[wisb] Scissor-tailed Flycatcher - YES

The bird was present at 12:30p today. It was in the field on the North side of
Cty. O, opposite the N5287 address already posted.
It was very low to the ground, hawking insects from the tops of the stubble
corn, near the rubble pile in the neighbors yard.
