[wisb] Re: Rugged Wisconsin Birder Spots Black-tailed Gull

Just to clear up any possible confusion, this bird is in Ohio (for about the 
past 10 days). There was coincidentally a Black-tailed Gull in Iowa at this 
time in 2007.
