[wisb] New E-bird Format

Could me as one who likes the new format.
What is really neat is that with just a couple of clicks you can enter in
confirmed breeding codes after any species - I saw Yellow-throated Vireo
feeding young today and was able to include this info on the e-bird report in a
couple of seconds with a couple of clicks of the mouse. Neat.
