The Lewis's Woodpecker first appeared a few minutes before 8 this morning in
Galesville. It spent about 15 minutes perched on top of the windmill tower in
the yard and briefly visited the suet feeder. Awesome bird and great hosts.
They just plugged in a large crockpot full of split pea soup.
