[wisb] Lake Mendota - Black Duck, calm, good day to scan

Hey all-
More divers returned to U Bay today - there were lots of Redhead, some
Canvasbacks, a few Ring-necks, and more Ruddy Ducks. Bufflehead numbers
continue to increase.

At Memorial Union now (at 10:20) there was one Black Duck, and a few loons
out on the lake.

It's utterly calm here right now - if these conditions are widespread,
today would be a great day to find some interesting lake birds out there...
