Not only did you all help me confirm that my find was in fact a golden eagle,
but it is a juvenile. Thanks for all the responses!!

At about 1:30 this afternoon I saw a dark raptor soaring over South Metro Pier
in Oak Creek, so I pulled over to see what it was and got a crappy photo... I
think it might be a golden eagle. If it isn't, let me down gently as a golden
eagle would be a lifer. :)
