[wisb] Inca dove pictures

As Mark posted, the INCA DOVE was seen by about a dozen birders around 9:30am
this morning. It was located at the spot it was found a few days ago and as
Mark said, made its way to the area of the parking lot just to the SW of the
environmental building. I got a few pictures which are by no means great but
they're sufficient for ID purposes. One, although blurry, shows the chestnut
colored wings. They are posted in the WI eBird raritys album at:

Great to see a new bird for the state and reconnect with old birding friends!
