[wisb] Inca Dove - NO, 10/30

I tried for the Inca Dove this morning at Concordia. I got there just as
the sun broke the horizon, and hung around for an hour and a half. No Inca
Dove, but a nice flock of 30 Pine Siskins and a flyover Red Crossbill.
