[wisb] INCA DOVE - RED PHALAROPE: YES & YES!!!

INCA DOVE present at Concordia University at 11 AM behind the
Environmental building in the cedars north of the feeders. Many thanks to
Paul Schulke and Tom Schaffer for terrific scope views! There was a
RED-THROATED LOON present off the bluff as well. Thank you to Paul for
that view as well!
RED PHALAROPE present JUST off the rocky shoreline south of the Wind Point
lighthouse. This bird is amazingly cooperative! It was just "hell-bent"
on foraging as the waves kept on pushing him onto the shore! Too much fun
to watch! Thanks to Rick Fare and everyone else for your posts about this
bird!
