[wisb] Horicon Dike Road Please read

To clear up any confusion that my Friday post may have caused. I
should have added that Dike Rd is closed due to weather.

"I just wanted to clarify....Dike Road is closed because of the snow
not because of birders or other users "mis-behaving". And please be
aware that we are sometimes slow in opening the road in the spring due
to wet conditions so please be patient. The road is a gravel dike so
can take awhile to dry out."
Let's hope this happens soon. Bird ON!
