It is presented to tree companies who learn about their duty to ensure
regulatory compliance with our CA
state regulatory measures (that are present as part of mandatory compliance
here in CA*, UNLIKE WIâ¦..that does not protect nesting birds).

NOTE: Feel free to show this brochure or cite it when talking to your local
cityâs planning department or maintenance division (in addition to
supervisors who establish
a tree companyâs policy to ensure the SAFETY of birds).
Education will help people realize cutting and trimming trees can AND does kill
nesting birds from January through August (i.e., Many people do not know Great
Horned Owl
nests as early as January and American Goldfinch nest as late as July/August.)
As mentioned earlier, the federal MBTA is no longer enforced, so the brochure
is somewhat outdated.
