[wisb] Harlequin Duck - Janesville

There is a female Harlequin Duck on the Rock River in Janesville at Lustig
Park. From the restrooms, go straight back to the river, then follow the river
west until you are across from the chemical plant. My class watched it for a
long time this morning while on a field trip.
