[wisb] For Madison birdcount

Hi,
I've got at least two pine siskins still at my feeders this morning,
one block from West High.
Not sure what documentation you'll need for the Madison birdcount, or
if an official scorer needs to come over, but if one does, please let
me know and I'll give you my address.
