[wisb] Evening Shumacher Update: Black Terns

This evening at Schumacher: large influx of Barn Swallows, some Bonaparte's
Gulls and few Black Terns.
Jesse (can't remember last name...sorry) found the Red-necked Phalarope in
the far right corner while scoping from inside his vehicle to escape the
wind.
Bart Martin had been at Goose Pond and Harvey/Wangsness and said that there
were hardly any birds at either place.
