[wisb] Eurasian Collared-dove: Richland County

Hey everyone,
On my way to work this morning, as I drove through Boaz on Hwy 171, I spotted a
dove sitting by the side of the road. At first, I assumed it would be just
another Mourning Dove. Then I spotted the dark band across the back of its
neck. When it flew up off the road, I could see the white patches on the outer
retrices and the overall whitish color.
Richland County bird #228!!
