[wisb] Bluebirds vs Swallows

Yesterday about 7:00 a.m. my husband FINALLY got my Bluebird houses up on our
property. I was thinking maybe it was a little late but abour 4 hours later, I
returned home and the male and female bluebird were flying in and out of the
house and the nearby tree. There were also swallows flying very close around
the post of the house. My question is, can one predict which species will win
the new house?? Is one more dominant?? I am so excited to finally have an
occupied house. Should I really care??
