[wisb] Adult Male Snowy

When I met with Charles Sontag yesterday, he mentioned that he (and a few other
birders) had an adult Snowy Owl at the Manitowoc Impoundment. It was there for
just one day - Nov. 22. From what I am reading on the birdnet, most (all?)
such owls this fall have been immature.
