According to Bob D's list on WSO website, this is only Wisconsin's 4th record 
and the first since 1988!  Most painful is that the bird is less than 2 miles 
from my home and I'm hundreds of miles away in the depths of Wood County typing 
a message about it.  Hope it sticks until tomorrow but that's likely wishful 
thinking.
