[wisb] A Chris West update

For those of you who haven't been following Chris West's blog
(http://swallowtailedkite.blogspot.com/), he's been a busy boy. Not
only did he get his #1 nemesis bird (Painted Bunting) at Palo Duro St.
Park near Amarillo, TX, he got great photos of it. Later, he found only
the 2nd state record King Rail at Bosque del Apache NWR in New Mexico.
