To All Veterans:

I really need your input on an issue that not every agency is mandated a 3%
Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business requirement.

Please feel free to email Admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx However I really do believe
every veteran business should be free to read the issue and the responses to
the issue. Therefore please consider clinking
http://forums.w3oc.com/index.php and share your respose so all can see.

The following was received from a Government Small Business Specialist.

". The U.S. government has mandated the percentages of total federal
spending in sub-categories, however; different agencies have different
objectives that are focused within that agencies buying patterns to meet the
overall goals of the government. With that in mind, realize that not every
agency is mandated a 3% Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business
requirement. The agencies that are geographically located and procure
(spend tax-payer $'s) goods and services that can be supported by SDVOSB's
may have a higher target objective while agencies that don't utilize the
types of goods and services that are "typically" provided by SDVOSB's will
have a lower (or 0%) goal. ."

The inquiry I made of the Government and the Government response is at
http://forums.w3oc.com/index.php. I'm without further words.
