Hi Ed, You are quite right. The Windows Print Spooler has got many options to detail how it manages print files. Go into the Printers, Next go to Properties, click to tab Advanced. Here you can set how this Printer Queue will function. Check "Start Printing Immediately", and make sure "Print Spooled Documents First" is unchecked. This will manage the "first come first serve" setting you require.. Hope it helps! My customer says that their print jobs are not always printing in order. How is this possible? Don't they print in the order in which they are received into the printer queue? I know the applications is queueing the jobs sequentially, one after they other. How can I ensure that they print out in that same order? Thanks, -Ed Baker erb2000@xxxxxxxxx
