Good Morning All

Its a start of a new week and I hope this week turns out to be as productive as
last week. I just have one question to ask though.
Once a job is printed, spooled and paused in a queue is there a way to alter the
job properties in any way (colour to mono )? Maybe editing the PostScript file
might do the trick? but then if a job is printed in an HP PostScript and i edit
to say that the job is duplex, and say i passed that PS file to a Sharp PS
Printer would it come up in Duplex?

Hey Everyone
Thanks alot for all your help I finally got RedMon to redirect to a temp file
and a postscript file was produced (.PS). very exciting! After reading the
postscript file its quite clear the job properties are there so if I upload
that postscript file and modify it to allow duplex or Color to Mono, surly that
would change the job properties right?

Rune
You just gave me an idea!. We know that RedMon redirects an output to a
program,yes?
So what if I print to a redmon port (RE1) which will redirect to ghostscript
which produces the PDF, then print the PDF to RedMon Port 2 (RE2) and the
second port will print to a .NET application which was created soley to upload
a job.
surely this is is possible?
