Is this computer in a domain? Are you logged into the domain? What type of machine is the remote machine? If this machine is in a workgroup, the remote computer will try to use your logon credentials and match them to its own local account with the same name, if it exists. So, if you're logged in as DOMAIN\Sen, and the remote machine is not in a workgroup, but has a LOCALMACHINE\Sen account that is locked, you will get this message.
