you could disable that pretty quick by setting a group policy.  It won't =
matter if they are admins of their computer or not.  GPO will stop them =
from messing with services and any other items you don't want them to =
use.

I also tend to agree with the sentiments expressed by the others in the =
group.  Beat them into submission.  Read up on your BOFH if you need =
help.

i've got some people disabling the norton service, and i'm sure they =
