[windows2000] is there a util to view service passwords ?

Hello there,
Im having a bit of trouble creating an msi file that installs a service that
uses a domain account and fairly complex password.
Im not sure the msi file is adding the password correctly and was wondering if
there was a util that could dumpview the password for that service.
It used to be possible with windows 9x with snadboy.
Any ideas ?
