[windows2000] Re: installing over xp home

that will be easy, since it's a brand new machine.  Next question: How =
do I wipe the drive?  Do I use the recovery console? or is there another =

My suggestion would be to backup all the files you wish to keep, wipe =
the
drive, re-partition and THEN install W2K.
