personally I think microsoft should include the tools. It's not like =
we're getting their software for free or something. =20
Now that I think about it, the free software comes with the tools.

You all know the drill I guess... Show him (or her) something
really expensive, you don't actually need, then show him (or her)
the thing you really want, while saying "we need this
whatchamcallit-widget real soon now, but in the meantime we could
*possibly* do with this other one". The boss might turn around real
quickly approving the "less expensive" article, which
coincidentally is what you actually need. It's a world of deceit...
