I'm not sure about policy. If you wanted to go the long way about it, set up the Admin account like you want the default to be. Create another admin account, say admin2. Log in as admin2, and copy the admin profile to a folder named Default User. Copy the administrator's registry keys over to the default user's keys. How can I change the complete theme for the default user? Thanks. The login box still has the teletubbie theme to it with the rounded edges and the bright blue color but that will have to do. Thanks! Damn Compaq. Take a look in that reg path that I mentioned and see if there's a wallpaper value. If so, try changing it to "(None)" sans quotes.
