Yes if you turn on the HTTP Proxy although it does slow traffic down..so
depending on your internet usage you may see a hit in browsing speed.

We have used it for several years at the library and have even upgraded
to newer versions of it over the years.  The thing we like most is the
graphical display and reporting capabilities that a lot of other
firewalls don't have.
