I don't know the line you mention. Is it the same as the one I wrote? Same
thing but different syntax?

I ran the net time \dc1 /set /yes. That changed it, but not quite sure if it
will remain as the trusted time source

Did you try running "net time /setsntp:dc.domain.local" on your second DC?
"Dc.domain.local" would be your time-keeper DC.

Hi Guys,

I have 2 win2k3 dc's One gets it time from external source and pushes out to
the clients on the domain. the problem tho is that the other DC's time is out
of sync by 3mins and I need to bring it back, but all the command I am using
do not appear to be working. How do I do this.

My understanding is that the first DC, PDC emulator is set to be the
reliabletime source and every client within the domain should get its time
thru that dc, while the PDC emu goes out to an external source.

Thanks
