you will find thin client preferences to be pretyt much like server
preferences. It almost becomes a religious debate about who makes the best
servers. We all know it's IBM, but some people, weirdos really, think it is
HP or Dell.

thin clients are the same. the camps are divided. I am sure you can find
someone who has a horror story from dealing with Neoware.

a big thing to consider with thin clients is how to manage them. They all
have some sort of central management tool. some companies charge for it,
and some do not. Some are complicated and require dedicated back end
servers and databses. some can be run from a desktop. Some do both. Find
out about managing them before you buy. All thin client manufacturers will
send you a demo unit and let you run their management tools during the
demo. Take them up on it and give them Pepsi challenge and see who comes
out on top.
