[windows2000] Text editors (formerly known as WAAAAYYY OT: FrontPage help needed)

Oh, come on now man!  If nothing else, it's worth the TWENTY-SEVEN
MEASLY DOLLARS just to get tabbed documents and line numbers.  (Ctrl+G
isn't good enough.)
