It doesn't matter what machine you use as long as the robocopy.exe
executeable is either present somewhere in %PATH% or in the directory
with your script. Can you look on the server to see if it's there?
Just enter "robocopy /?" at the command prompt.

Does anyone know if this is in Windows 2003 Server? Or would I
need to sync to a from an XP machine?

        Thank You,
        James

I'm a pretty big fan of robocopy, the command line
copier that comes with Windows XP Pro, I think, (can't remember if it
comes with W2K) and is also in the W2K Resource Kit, I believe.
