We use SMS too on over 24k clients.  It's got some holes and I'm looking at
other solutions to see if we can patch those holes...

I just got my 6 month trial copy a few days ago, but haven't had a chance to
play with it yet.  I installed it though.  It looks old and in desparate
need of the upcoming new version release.  But this is what it's for.  I
don't know anything about the product from using it, just from my biased
reading.  Others here will talk smack about it probably.
