SUS allows you to specify which machines get which updates and when. It is
very configurable.

You could set things up with SUS to download them to the computers but not
install them.  The only other solution would be one of the products from

I've been playing with SUS, but I don't like the idea of the servers going
out and automagically updating themselves...  I want to sit on a server and
actually do the installation myself rather than have the Automatic Updates
service "help me."
