We currently have several "desktop" that contains the icons are users
need. Often times it seems if our users can't see it on the desktop
then the program is not installed.
We redirect each users desktop based off department they work for. Loan
area gets X icons, Deposit area gets Y icons etc. Pretty easy through
group policy, it does all the hard work.
