[windows2000] SV: Pushing out installs

If its an enterprise, I would look into SMS.
If its a small setup, there is an LE version of Wininstall included, to make 
software packages you can deply trough a logonscript etc. (Free, and quite 
decent, if you really like it you can buy the full version)

But if its a new setup, why not look into Citrix or TSE?

I'm looking for open suggestions on the best/preferred ways to push out
installs to certain users (not all, but perhaps sometimes). Do you use:

- Group Policy?
- MSI?
- Registry Entry?
- Login script?
