One of the ways to point your workstations to the server is by going into
the Local Group Policy of the workstations that you want to have look at the
SUS Server. It's under Windows Components, Windows Update in GP.

Hello,
Quick question.
All my clients have Win2k SP4 just setting up a SUS server.
Couple of questions.
How do I point my clients to this Server ??
Also are there issues with standard users being able to install the
patches etc. Or are there issues regarding permission etc.
Any help and advice on SUS would be a great help as I am trying to get
it up and running.
